Sandi was a great help through the entire selling process. In reviewing the property, she understood my needs as far as price and time frame for sale and guided me in preparing the house to best meet those goals. With her knowledge and research of local inventory and trends, she was able to set the right expectations for the sale. Her marketing was excellent as well. The house was beautifully staged, she used a top notch photographer and produced attractive and very professional marketing materials. With all of this, I accepted an offer for my asking price, four days after the house went to market. And then through the offer and escrow processes, I never felt like I was on my own. Sandi was always on the ball, monitoring the process and keeping it moving. I’m very happy to have hired Sandi to sell my property.
I’d do it again without thinking twice."
